Our Planners
All of our planners receive extensive and regulated training and must graduate from our 12 x month, hands-on certification program before ever taking on a single one of our weddings- ensuring that every wedding produced under the KAE brand is consistent and held to the highest industry standards possible.

About Us
We are recognized as one of the nation's top luxury wedding planning firms.
We are available to couples, planners, vendors, and venues in all 50 states. Whenever we have four or more planners assigned to a location or receive venue management access, we create a corporate office division for that area- providing additional local resources and support to our teams and clients in those locations.
Our Time Together
We are present and responsible for the entire lifespan of your event, from pre-planning, to the full week of and up to a month after.
Reserve Your Spot
$2,500 + tax/processing
In order to reserve your spot with us, we require a one-time, non-refundable deposit. A percentage of this fee is applied towards your first invoice.
Onboarding
Once your deposit is paid, we set you up in our system and invite you to join our planning software portal.
Months 1-3
(Venue Deposit, as needed) + (Planning Fee + tax/processing)
During this time, we really dive into the when, where, and how of your plans. If we need to find a venue, we spend this time scouting for the right one.
Months 3-6
(Cost of Vendors + Cost of Supplies + tax/processing)
Once your venue details are sound, we can then start securing additional vendors, begin designing the full aesthetic of the event and begin curating the full logistics plan and timeline.
Months 6-9
(Cost of Vendors + Cost of Supplies + tax/processing)
Once we have a finalized design direction, we can begin sourcing all elements for the event. Every item is purchased through KAE and shipped to our warehouse in preparation for the event.
Months 9-12
(Cost of Vendors + Cost of Supplies + tax/processing)
Once things begin arriving to our warehouse, we can continue to finalize your logistics and setup plans. We then share all of this with each vendor and appropriate party.
Months 12-14
(Floral Order + Final Expenses + tax/processing)
As plans further solidify, we begin in-studio production of your event and continue to finalize all details.
Week of
The week of your event, we lead all activities, including guest arrival, rehearsal walkthrough, welcome party, wedding day, next day, guest send-off + more.
Month After
We continue to close out your event and wrap up all event details up to 30 days after the wedding.
Contract Close
Once our contract comes to a close, we would love to stay in touch and hope you will leave us a 5-Star Review!
What's Required from You
In addition to in-person walkthroughs at the venue, vendor meetings and dress fittings, the following appointments are expected.
Primary Meeting
1 x Per Month | 30-45 mins | Zoom
Once a month we will go over the heavy nuts and bolts of your event together. Attendance from all parties is required.
Follow-Up Meeting
1 x Per Month | 30 mins or less | Zoom
In this secondary meeting, we will provide a progress update from our primary meeting. Attendance by at least one of you is required.
Virtual Chats & Online Responses
Ongoing | As Needed
Throughout the month, we will continue to update your event progress through our planning platform, which includes unlimited chats and responses.

Your personal taste as a couple is highly important to us. At the same time, we know it can feel like the possibilities are endless and a bit overwhelming. Let us help!
Venue
We always take your actual wedding venue into consideration first. Rather than cover up a bunch of ugly sins, we try to guide you towards a beautiful location from the very start. It's important to match the theme of your wedding to its natural surroundings, which is how we develop your color palette.
Season
Your color palette is designed to match the venue and also the season you will actually be getting married in. We incorporate these elements into your design presentation with thoughtfulness and grace.
Personal Taste
Once you are joyfully obsessed with your color palette, we begin incoporating your personal style and touch.
Brand Finishing Touch
The reason our weddings are so gorgeous is because they consistently include our KAE signature touches- most notably through our floral design and artistic interpretations of traditional elements.
Venue Based Pricing
We have proudly produced over 300 successful events since launching this side of our business in 2019. Our pricing is based on the venue you select, and the level of planning/experience required for that location.
We understand that the venue you select is one of the most important decisions you will make for your entire wedding. Every venue is unique and presents different challenges & opportunities.
If you have already booked your venue, we will custom quote you for working with us at that location. If you need help touring venues and getting one booked, we will help you compare venue options and provide transparent cost estimates along the way.

Our gorgeous wedding flowers are produced with an incredible amount of love and support from our in-house floral design team.
KAE | Event Studio & Floral Boutique
is our very first Brick + Mortar flower shop, located in downtown Colorado Springs. We thank the team for loyally following us to the ends of the earth, working out of the back of box trucks, in extreme weather, over mountains and terrains, and wherever our couples may take us!
